Gardne Ghoshchi car rescue, emergency car service

Car breakdowns in the heights of Ghoshchi pass have fundamental differences with urban conditions; A significant drop in temperature, a decrease in horizontal visibility due to thick fog, and the potential dangers of the steep slope of the road cause every minute of delay to threaten the health of the driver, passengers, and the vehicle itself. The established teams of Selmas car rescue and car transporter, by permanently stationing at strategic roadside stations, have reduced the distance of rescue to the minimum possible, so that the process of technical rescue or safe transportation can be carried out in the shortest period of time.

The importance of quick access to car rescue in Ghoshchi pass in emergency situations

Driving in mountain passes such as Ghoshchi Pass imposes additional mechanical pressure on the car's vital systems. Abnormal rise of the water ampere, heating of the pads due to continuous braking on downhills, torn belts, defects in the electrical system and ignition or bursting of tires are among the problems that stop the car's movement in this pass. Stopping on the unsafe side of the mountain road greatly increases the probability of chain accidents. Therefore, immediate contact with a center equipped with mobile mechanics and an advanced platform truck is one of the necessities of traveling on this route.

Selmas specialized car and truck rescue center has organized its rescue units in such a way that they have the ability to reach the accident site in the most difficult conditions of snow, ice and heavy rain, by constantly monitoring the weather and traffic conditions of the pass. Equipping rescue vehicles with wheel chains, advanced Diag diagnostic tools, tested batteries, all kinds of gas pumps and consumables for domestic and foreign cars, gives drivers the confidence that the car rescue services of Gardne Ghoshchi will be carried out on the spot with a workshop standard and high speed.

Urgent car transport services in Ghoshchi Pass with the most advanced transport fleet

One of the main concerns of drivers when there is an unrepairable technical defect on the road or accidents is how to move the vehicle without causing additional damage to the chassis, fenders, bumpers and suspension system. Unfortunately, the use of traditional towing ropes or chains in the dangerous slopes of Ghoshchi pass is not at all ethical and leads to irreparable financial and life risks. The best, safest and most modern solution to solve this challenge is to use a hydraulic truck equipped with a movable sloping floor.

Hamad Khodro and Car Carrier Selmas, having the most modern fleet of hydraulic car carriers, completely stabilizes all types of Iranian, Chinese, and luxury and imported cars on the car floor using standard wheel chocks and special docking fasteners. During the mountainous route of Gardeh until reaching Selmas, Khoi or Urmia, no unusual impact or pressure will be applied to the power transmission system and car body. In addition, the issuance of an official bill of lading and a valid road insurance policy before moving the floor guarantees the 100% safety of your car until the final destination.

All types of car transportation equipment in Selmas car rescue and car transport fleet

The variety of cars traveling in Ghoshchi Pass, including SUVs, sedans, hatchbacks, and vans, requires transportation equipment suitable for the weight and dimensions of each car. Based on this, Gardneh Ghoshchi car rescue centers, in coordination with the Selmas car rescue operation team, keep the following types of fleets on standby 24 hours a day:

Hydraulic moving floor truck is a perfect option for automatic, zero kilometer, classic, racing and SUV types of cars that need to be transported without pulling the wheels on the asphalt. By using a hydraulic jack, the bottom of the car carrier is close to the ground and the car is transported on the platform without the slightest impact under the body at a sharp angle.

Hydraulic tow truck without damage is an ideal option for winding roads, rough passes or fast transportation of vehicles with only one axle failure. This system prevents any kind of stretching of the bumper, grille or room by directly grabbing the wheels and raising the car axle.

The masted crane and road rescue are special for incidents in which the vehicle deviated from the road, fell to the dirt shoulder, overturned or stopped in the guardrails. The advanced winch rigs of Selmas car rescue and car carrier have the ability to quickly pull out, restrain and basically load the car without causing side damage to the room.

Battery assistance and immediate battery replacement in Qoshchi Pass

The cold weather conditions and sub-zero temperatures of Ghoshchi Pass in half of the year severely reduce the performance of worn-out batteries. Sleeping battery, failure of fasteners, sedimentation of poles and sudden discharge of charge due to long-term use of heater and wiper in heavy traffic make many passengers stranded on this road.

Selmas car and car service team provides specialized mobile battery service, battery to standard battery service with stable voltage in order to prevent burning of car boards and computer. If the useful life of the battery is over, the rescuers will carefully test the new battery with the production date of the day, the amperage according to the type of car and the valid warranty card of the company in the place of installation and the alternator system of the car within a few minutes.

Mobile puncture repair and spare change in emergency situations

The collision with the stones caused by the mountain fall, the presence of metal scraps in the pass and the worn asphalt in parts of the path of the Qoshchi Pass are the main reasons for the punctures and torn tires of the cars in this area. Changing the spare on the unsafe shoulder of the road or on steep mountain slopes requires efficient tools and high skills so that the car does not slide off the jack.

Mobile gas station and instant refueling

Emptying the gas tank in the uphill turns of Ghoshchi Pass is an unpleasant but common occurrence. The inability to accurately estimate the car's fuel consumption when climbing steep slopes or staying in traffic jams caused by road accidents causes unexpected fuel drain. Driving with an empty tank also causes serious damage to the car's gas station.

The mobile fueling system of Emdad Car and Truck Carrier of Selmas is ready to inject standard super and normal gasoline free of any impurities in safe metal gallons directly into the car tank at the stopping place so that the vehicle can reach the first fuel station at the entrance of Selmas or Urmia terminal without needing towing.

Transparency of tariffs and car assistance costs based on the rate approved by the union

One of the main concerns of drivers when they are desperate on the road is to face unusual prices and unfair wages from some emergency workers. As an official and registered company, Selmas Car Assistance and Car Assistance Group calculates all car assistance costs in Ghoshchi pass in accordance with the official price list of the Union, basic transfer rate and kilometer tariff.

Before sending the tow truck, tow truck or mobile mechanic, the approximate cost is clearly announced to the driver, and after the completion of the work and the satisfaction test, a valid and official invoice with the seal of the center is delivered to the customer. These official invoices are valid for receiving damages and shipping costs from insurance companies and have legal follow-up.

Critical actions of drivers when the car breaks down in Ghoshchi Pass

In case of any malfunction of the car in Ghoshchi Pass, it is highly recommended to observe the following safety tips before the rescue team arrives:

First, try to keep your cool and steer the car to the far right side of the road and the safe margin by using the inertia of the movement and strictly avoid stopping suddenly in sharp turns with low visibility.

Turn on the flasher or hazard warning lights of the car immediately.

Place the warning triangle at a suitable distance, i.e. at least 70 to 100 meters before the car in the sight of passing drivers, to prevent other cars from hitting the stopped car.

In the conditions of heavy fog or night darkness, the passengers should get out of the car immediately and wait behind the guardrail or a place at a safe distance from the rider's path.

Do not push the car or tow the traditional rope on steep slopes; Because when the engine is turned off, the brake booster and steering hydraulics are disabled, and the possibility of falling into a valley or overturning increases.

Immediately contact the support number of Selmas car and car assistance and report your approximate position to the operator according to the odometer signs, road stations or by sending the location in messengers.
